 To raise awareness of the life, writings, and contributions of Padre Vicente Garcia, a Symposium was held at the New Municipal Building. It was attended by Selected Students from Public and Private Elementary Schools within Padre Garcia. The Symposium was followed by a Poster Making Contest through the initiative of the Municipal Tourism Office headed by Sir Ohmie Diaz.
