LGU of Padre Garcia- spearheaded by Mayor Celsa Rivera, and Vice Mayor Micko Angelo B. Rivera- shows its warm appreciation to its socio civic organizations. Together with Cong. Caloy Bolilia, food packs were distributed to 400 garcianos.
